The "Omni" Calibration Standard
This product will give you the ability to calibrate a variety of measurement systems over a broad magnification range using one Standard. It can be ordered with any or all of the magnification-specific Target sites certified. Remaining sites can be certified at a future time as needed. It also allows for the calibration of circles as well as lines and spaces.

Over 190 certified dimensions ranging from 0.5 to 1,050 microns. *
Line, Space and Pitch certified dimensions traceable to N.I.S.T.
PLUS ....74 Clear and Opaque Circles. *
Five separate magnification-specific Target sites. *
Option to have all or individual Target sites certified. *
For use with microscope objectives ranging from 3.5x to 200x magnification.*
Can be certified in Transmitted, Reflected or both lighting conditions.
