LWS20 MODEL DESCRIPTION
LWS20 STANDARDS contain one calibration target, which has Lines and Spaces ranging from 10 to 19 micrometers wide and Pitch dimensions ranging from 13 to 22 micrometers in 1 micrometer increments. This standard is designed to be used with 20x to 50x objectives to measure items from 8 to 25 micrometers.
SUBSTRATE size available is 2-1/2 square x 0.06 thick, chrome-on-quartz.
CALIBRATION REPORTS, which are lighting-condition specific, are supplied with each standard and contain the measured values of each calibration location, certified traceable to N.I.S.T.
STANDARDS are supplied in a plastic working container and foam-lined hardwood storage box (View).
